How to Hack Neopets

When I was 12 I stole Neopets accounts.

Here’s how:

I built a free survey with questions “Name 1 item you want” and pre-requisites “You must have a minimum of 10k Neopoints with a level 30 pet.”
Posted the link on forums with language “My best friend just showed me this crazy cheat code!!”
The last question asked “What is your Neopets username / password?” and noted “After submission, do not access your account for 24 hours.”

Survey answers came to my business email, [email protected].

I logged into the accounts, liquidated assets, and wired the Neopoints to my master profile.

My brother was in on it too.

And that was my first racket.
